Small spotted cat!!

Hi all!!!!!

I have had the most exciting sitings in the last few drives..one in specific actually got my blood boiling sky high!! Whilst on the way back to the lodge one evening just after sunset I was in search of springhare and porcupine. We hit the jackpot with the springhare, seeing about ten of them all together in one sighting..Whilst scanning around with the spotlight I spotted some small yellow, forward facing eyes lying low in the grass and without hesitating I grabbed my binoculars to take a closer look..to my absolute amazement, it was a SMALL SPOTTED CAT!!!!! We spent about 15 minutes with this little cat before he eventually moved swiftly off into the darkness. People have worked in the bush for 10 years and not seen one of these little cats! I'm still over the moon about this siting and I think it will stay with me for a while...
